Our policy lasts the design is not delivered. If the design has been delivered and the customer accepted the design, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund after that, we can definitely provide revisions on your design.
To be eligible for a return, you must ask for refund before accepting the final delivery of open files. It must also be on our official mail id [firstname.lastname@example.org].
To complete your return, we require a order invoice which we have provided you.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-7 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
